Services

VisionEdit LLC provides high-end digital media services, including but not limited to confidential photo retouching, fine-art portrait color grading, event gallery cleanup, and private media consulting.

We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or discontinue any tier of service at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

By using our services and uploading assets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have explicit legal authority to manage and submit the visual media provided to our studio.

Orders and Payments

All single orders or package suites must be paid in full or according to customized upfront milestones before digital adjustments begin. Payments are securely executed via external, encrypted third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.

Delivery of Media

Project completion timelines provided on our package boards are estimates. Actual handoff depends on file density, resolution complexity, and responsive stylistic alignment. Delays resulting from low-resolution source files or a lack of response during revision cycles are not the studio’s responsibility.

Revision Cycles

Revisions are limited to the exact allocation specified within your purchased tier (e.g., Starter, Professional, Business). Any additional structural layout changes outside the initial style alignment may incur extra processing charges.

Refund Framework

Refund procedures, exclusions, and processing times are strictly governed by our standalone Refund Policy. By finalizing an order, you accept all guidelines outlined within that policy.

Intellectual Property & Portfolio Exclusions

• Your Media Ownership: The client retains absolute ownership, copyright, and distribution rights over all original source files and final delivered retouched images.

• Zero-Portfolio Policy: Unlike standard agencies, VisionEdit LLC operates on a strict zero-disclosure guarantee. We will never showcase, publish, or use your private milestones, portraits, or event photos in our online portfolio, marketing campaigns, or social media channels without your explicit, written consent.

Client Responsibilities & Restrictions

Clients agree to submit authentic, legal media assets. You are prohibited from uploading files that contain unauthorized third-party content, malicious software scripts, or material that violates any privacy laws or regional criminal statutes.

Limitation of Liability

VisionEdit LLC, its directors, and specialists shall not be held liable for any indirect, circumstantial, or consequential data issues arising from external download speeds, personal storage loss, or internet delivery delays. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the direct monetary amount paid for the specific editing project.

Data Destruction Post-Delivery

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that our secure workflow includes a mandatory data-wiping security process. All files will be permanently purged from our offline encrypted drives within 2 to 14 days following final handoff delivery. It is the client’s sole responsibility to safely store and archive their delivered high-resolution results long-term.

These Terms, along with any transactional agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
